Overview
Led by the swordmaster Sankuro, the Flotsam Ninjas are a rebel faction operating from Mud Town and the swamp borderlands. They shelter Holy Nation refugees — particularly Hivers and exiled women — and wage a quiet war against the theocracy.
Gameplay Impact
They are natural allies for anti-Holy-Nation characters and for races the Holy Nation persecutes. Their territory borders the dangerous swamp, so their towns are useful but not safe by default.
Joining & Reputation
Kill Holy Nation forces to gain reputation; this naturally aligns you with the Shek and against the theocracy. Friendly status grants skilled recruits.
Military Strength
The Flotsam Ninjas favour speed and skill over heavy armour — light gear, fast katanas and ambush tactics. Sankuro himself is a formidable unique recruit.

Best for: anti-Holy-Nation playthroughs, fast skilled recruits, and a foothold near the swamp's drug economy.
