Solo Kenshi Run Expert
One character, one life, one mistake away from the end. The purest way to play Kenshi.
A single-character run with no rescue net — survive on stealth, retreat and patient stat-building before any real fighting.
The Challenge
A solo run is one character with no squad to rescue them. A single lost fight ends the run, so survival comes before everything.
Early Survival
Lean entirely on stealth and retreat at first. Avoid fights, train Athletics so you can always escape, and build Toughness through carefully survivable defeats.
Building Up
Train combat slowly and safely — guard-assisted fights, training equipment, captivity. A solo character must be strong before they can risk a real fight.
Mindset
Patience wins solo runs. Every avoidable risk is a threat to the whole run. Glory is irrelevant; continuing is everything.
