Robotic Limbs
In Kenshi you can lose a limb and keep going. Robotic limbs are how a maimed character becomes a stronger one.
Replacement arms and legs that restore — and can exceed — what the wasteland took.
Overview
Robotic limbs replace arms and legs lost to combat or surgery. They come in quality tiers, from crude industrial models to advanced limbs that boost the character beyond their original capability.
Why They Matter
Losing a limb is not the end of a character. A fitted robotic arm restores combat function; a robotic leg restores movement. High-grade limbs can even raise Strength or speed above the original.
Fitting & Maintenance
Robotic limbs are fitted using the Robotics skill, and quality limbs are bought from Tech Hunters or recovered from ruins. They can be upgraded as better models are found.
Who Benefits
Any character who has lost a limb — and some players deliberately seek high-end limbs as upgrades. Skeletons and organics both use them.
